Shipping Details

You can understand the importance of appropriate shipping details to send gifts to India. Please fill in complete information like first name, last name, shipping address, nearby landmark, apartment number, a phone number or especially a mobile number.




Importance of a Telephone Number

It is always our priority that we deliver the gifts as a surprise and the recipient is thrilled to receive your gift. However, we do necessarily need a telephone number in case there is any discrepancy or delay in delivery or even if we have to locate a hard to find destination point.




Specific Delivery Time

You can always add a note for us for the gift to be delivered at a specific time. However, we cannot guarantee the same as often city courier have specific delivery routes and your courier will be delivered accordingly en route to the specific courier schedule of the courier company.




Delivery to Apartments and Office Numbers

We request you to kindly include specific apartment numbers or office numbers to ensure successful delivery. It is also important that there must be someone at the apartment to receive the gift. In most of the apartments, specifically in large cities, the courier will have to page the apartment to call that there is delivery and the security to should expect a delivery boy or a courier person.




Shipping to Hospitals, Large office Complexes or Big Marriage or Pooja Ceremonies

Most of the large office complexes do not have policy to have the gift delivered to the recipients. Courier people may have to deliver to courier department.

Before ordering for deliveries to hospitals, please ensure that the patient has not been discharged.

For Pooja ceremonies or Marriages, we shall try our best to censure that the gift is delivered to the recipient itself. However, we also want you to understand that it may not be always possible owing to the large group of people and if the person is not available.

We also ensure that cakes and fruits delivered to the recipient are always fresh. This may take a little time and such gift baskets can be delivered during the day time from the nearest bakery or fruit shop in alliance with our delivery system. However, we can assure early morning deliveries of flowers and bouquets.
